Horses don't judge
Horses don't care about your clothes, your weight, your job title, or the year you've had. They can't. They read what's actually going on inside you and respond to it, honestly, every single time.
That's uncomfortable for about ten minutes. Then it becomes the most useful mirror you've ever stood in front of.
A horse will not pretend to be convinced by you. It will not politely go along with a version of you that isn't true. Which means the only way to work with one is to stop performing, and most of us have been performing so long we've forgotten we're doing it.
This day is for you if…
- You're the one who holds everything together, and you're tired.
- You keep asking yourself why you care so much about what other people think.
- You know what you should want, and you're no longer sure it's what you do want.
- Something needs to change and you can't quite name it yet.
- You've never touched a horse in your life. (Good. That's not a problem here.)
You don't need to be a "horse person." There is no riding. Every exercise happens on the ground, on your own two feet.
What the day looks like
[9:00] Coffee and introductions. No icebreakers you'll hate. Just a small circle of women and a chance to say why you came.
[9:45] Meet the herd. Your first ground exercise with the horses - some of which are rare endangered Caspian horses. You'll learn more about yourself in twenty minutes than most people learn in a year of thinking about it.
[12:00] Lunch. Bring a lunch; coffee, tea and water are provided. Eat in the sun, walk the trails, or sit with the horses.
[1:00] The afternoon work. Guided exercises on confidence, communication and boundaries — with a horse who will tell you the truth about how you're showing up.
[3:30] Your next step. A personal direction and goal-setting session. You leave with something written down, in your own hand, that you can act on Monday morning.
[4:30] Home.

The horses
Our herd is made up of rare endangered Caspian horses as well as a warmblood and a Percheron gentle giant. Caspian horses are one of the rarest horse breeds in the world, and one of the oldest. There are only aprox 1,500 left on the planet. These extraordinary little horses are intelligent and people oriented.
